Baseball is all about playoffs. This one begins tomorrow night, just after sunset, at sacred Fenway Park here in Boston.
I know my friend, Ron Currie Sr, father of God is Dead author, Ron C Jr, is incredibly happy. He was wearing his Sox cap the first time I met him.
I'm wearing mine too...while my friend June wears her Red Sox pajamas and many others put on their talis(wo)mans of good luck. Go Sox.
Sidenote: Recently, I picked up a copy of How to Talk to a Yankee Fan by Andy Wasif and Rick D'Elia. Excellent for irritating "Yankee" (singular) fans.
