Organizations that have public web pages that employees can't access from internal networks.
Last summer I spent a lot of time with a patient in a NYC academic medical center. Guests could log on to the hospital's wi-fi network (shaky but it was there) but could not access the hospital website. Frustrating...as in what hours is the gift shop open?
