What are you doing on April 22 at 5:30? I'm inviting all Endless Knotsers to join me and the Freedom House network as we give Newton Mayor Setti Warren the Carolyn Goodman History Maker Award at the annual Champions of Freedom Gala.
I joined the Freedom House board at about the same time that Setti did in 1995. What better thing to do on a Spring evening than to see history being made? I was honored to give Carolyn Goodman, whom I've written about here, her Freedom House award in 2002. That I'm the one giving Setti his award next month feels like a circle closing, or a new spiral set in motion.
