This post is for the project managers reading here: Have been meaning to put a BIG POINTER to Bas de Baar's blog, Project Shrink, for a long time. So for those of you burdened with Gantt charts, RACI models, and a thousand other files of to-do lists, rise up a bit and enjoy Bas's mix of practical ideas and philosophical insight into the arcane world of software project management.
And thanks, Bas, for the nice mention in "Second Turn: Structure for Resilience."
