Most bloggers I know, myself included, receive this question about, say, every 20 minutes. How do you have time, my friend Hannah asks, say, every third phone call. Mainly, this post being an example, not very long. Get an idea, whip it off. Or maybe get the idea the day before, think about it a bit, then grab five minutes and whip it off.
Sometimes, though, posts do take a while, viz. yesterday's "Aspirational Yoga: The Sequence of the Bear." The writing didn't take that long but looking up all the links did. I could have done the post without the links, saving probably two hours, but I didn't want you, my beloved readers, to have to figure out which descriptions of the poses (you have to read the post to know what I'm talking about) were better. I did that work instead, thus, a beautiful Saturday summer morning spent largely right here. No complaints. I had my elegant and amusing yoga partner by my side for consultation so thanks to her too for the assist.
And lest you wonder (I assume you not only read the post but memorized it), we later yesterday did the routine precisely according to the directions. Or she did. I couldn't hold Bow for two minutes. Or do the 150 bicycles. Or Wheel at all. So no worries if you can't do it all (says she, reassuringly to herself).
