As members of a completely virtual team principally led by Jill Nemiro, some 50 of us have contributed to The Handbook of High-Performance Virtual Teams, due out in March, '08 from Jossey-Bass. Happy to report that Jeff Stamps and I have the last chapter, "The Virtual Networked Organization." It's the story of one organization's efforts to map itself using the newest thinking from network science.
